Our venue is designed for intimate gatherings, the venue accommodates up to 120 seated guests, with a 40x60 tent often used to create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor celebrations. A private dock extends into the creek and serves as a stunning backdrop for photos, capturing the romance and serenity of the setting.

Inside, couples have use of the upstairs suites, living area, and kitchen—making it easy for the bridal party to relax, prepare, and enjoy the day together in comfort. With interiors inspired by coastal charm and deeply rooted in Gullah culture, the house reflects the history and traditions of the region while maintaining a modern sense of elegance.
